Getting started with Relationship Recharge

Everything you need to know about the guided check-in, privacy, and how the shared map works.

What is Relationship Recharge?

A guided check-in for couples who keep having the same fight. Each person reflects privately. The app maps the pattern underneath both accounts without exposing raw wording to the other person. It is not therapy, not a judge, and not a pressure tool.

How do I start?

  1. 1Sign up with your email.
  2. 2Click Guided Check-In in the sidebar.
  3. 3Describe one moment that keeps happening under different names. Be honest — your raw words are never shown to your partner.
  4. 4If you want to try the shared map, invite your partner to sign up and do the same.
  5. 5When both entries are in and both people consent, the shared map reveals the pattern, overlap, differences, and one repair opening.

What does my partner see?

Nothing unless you both agree. Raw private entries stay hidden by default. They auto-hide after a few minutes of inactivity. The shared map shows only the synthesized pattern — not your original words. Both people must check the consent box before anything is shared.

Is this therapy?

No. Relationship Recharge is structured reflection, not therapy, legal advice, emergency support, or diagnosis. If you feel unsafe, threatened, monitored, or afraid of retaliation, this app may flag safety concerns and encourage trusted human support instead of couple conversation.

Can I use it alone?

Yes. Use Solo mode from the Just for Me toggle. You will get a private debrief of your own entry without creating a shared session. You can switch to shared mode later if you choose.

How do I restart the tour?

If you skipped the welcome tour and want to see it again, click the "Restart tour" link at the bottom of the sidebar.
